Default How stupid do you have to be?

First this hunter trespasses on private property, crop still on the field. Gets his vehicle buried in a slough bottom. Uses a 7mil to shoot a mule deer buck ( no season). All this inside Edmonton city limits. Then proceeds to chirp the farmer that confronts him to the point of infuriating him. Surprise! Fish and wildlife was called. Poacher charged, rifle confiscated and pleads Not guilty by reason of ........ I'll let you guys fill in the blank. Court date set for next January. I'll update then.

I have a guess, but I have to wait until next January to find out if I'm right?

Talk about keeping an idiot (me) in suspense....
