Default North Buck

Hey thinking of heading out there on the weekend. Any advice/ice reports would be greatly appreciated ☺

Lots of ice, you can drive anywhere but fishing has been slow

Not sure about North Buck but was in the area on a different lake and it had 14-15 in of ice and some flood water out deeper.

I honestly think some people on here must need better tape measures or something. Almost every lake I am fishing these days only has 15 in of ice. Today's lake only had 12... Glad I drive a little SUV and not a full size truck.

15" is plenty of ice for driving around. Keep it under 20km/hr nice and slow. Don't go beating and banging around sort of thing. Saw a transport parked out on Long Lake without the trailer. Never seen that before around these parts! Trucks driving around everywhere. You always have to be cautious however and smart about it. Know your limitations and be prepared to stay within them. I had no problems
