Cool Beaumont Pond Report

Hey all,
Well after going to TFH and WSS this morning (bought a flyrod combo at TFH ) (WSS sale was lamer than lame!)

Anyway back on topic, i took a couple cousins out for a little icefishing on beaumont pond. We landed two little rainbows, had around 4 that we got on, but spit the hook and we also had alot of nibbles. We were fishing in around 15 FOW. We were using SMALL tube jigs, and 1/64 ball head jigs with salmon eggs and GULP maggots. We fished the northeast end around 50 feet from the skating rink.

It was my little cousins first time out icefishing and im pretty sure that they are HOOKED, Seems to me this will end up a christmas tradition!

Tightlines!!!
