Default Do you report your hunting harvests?

I'm listening to a podcast discussing harvest surveys/reports (among other stuff). States with voluntary surveys have to add estimates for those who don't report, and some have done studies that confirmed their estimates are quite accurate. Some states have mandatory harvest reporting, but find that still only about 50% of hunters actually report their kills.

So I'm curious: what percentage of AO members report their harvests to AlbertaRELM? I did this year, but not in the previous one because I wasn't set up on the site at the time.

I do it faithfully every year. They do need a comments section though. I don't believe they grasp the concept of people who pass up harvest opportunity...

Always and Truthfully. How are we supposed to expect a even half asked management plan if the data being used is inaccurate.

Voted Yes. A comment section would be great way to gather feedback from different WMU's.

Yes, always respond to the surveys. Embarrassing as it may be some years.

"They " that used to call were volunteers from F&G Clubs usually.

This year, you were entered in for a tag, much like a ministers tag lottery.

Yes. Even though sometimes I feel embarrassed about it.

If you sign up on line with the known participants you will receive an email.

I do not agree with all the BS of who get the funding, but it’s better than not participation with who controls the administrators.

Agree.
I'm getting older and it seems harder to want to do anything.
