Default Procrastinating

Should have been putting out bait today and setting coyote snares but somehow managed to screw up and found myself with no available bait for the weekend other than a few odds and ends and some muskrat carcasses.

So, instead of doing some of the prep work i've been avoiding, i stopped and set up the fox pro on a big slough that has been calling my name the last few times i've driven by. Good thing i did because i wound up getting my first triple! The big male came in first, then the female, followed by three more. I just about had a fourth but rushed my shot missing him and couldn't reload the clip fast enough.

Default procrastinating.

Nicely done! The stars lined up for me the other day too, and I managed a triple. First one walked out at 50 yards while I was laying there with my bipod down. Easy shot, then out came another at about 40 yards. The last one popped out at about 150. Wouldn't it be nice if it could happen like that more often. Good luck this winter!

Ya mine were spaced out really nice too. Wish i could say it was great shooting but they all stood nicely at about 100-150 yards. wish it would happen more often for sure. Always sucks educating them when you get just one out of a group.
