I've used Bruin Taxidermy for a few Euro mounts, Chris is in SE Calgary (you can google his website) and been happy with his work. I'd expect to pay about $300-$400 for a Euro mount from a taxidermist, but that will usually include a plaque / pedestal of some sort so you can mount it to your well / display it.

Sugar Creek Taxidermy is in Red Deer, if that's not to far. Does very good work, and I believe it was under $350.

Email Russ at cripple creek cripplecreektaxidermy@gmail.com they did my euro mount moose and it looks great. Turn around was 9 days 200$ for a deer sized head 400$ for moose or elk sized I didn’t get a plaque. There located between Calgary and okatokes sorta near the granary road farmers market.

DIY a possibility? Flesh it out. Suspend it in a 20L pail of 20 - 28% (highest concentration allowed w/o having to do the govt paperwork), hydrogen peroxide for 24 - 48 hours. Done. Mount on base.

Just try and make sure no part of the antlers is in the peroxide or you'll whiten them up real nice as well.

Mighty Bull Taxidermy in Calgary. He did my 2018 archery mule deer (i picked it up a few days ago) and still has my moose. I shot him at the end of September and picked it up in early November, I’d consider that a quick turnaround.
He’s $260 for a euro deer. Well worth it, in my opinion. My buck looks great. I’ll try to attach a pic.

It might take him awhile since he is a fairly busy guy but the outcome is all worth it. He does a very nice job, I got my first buck and bear done by him.
