Default Jackfish Lake Report

Headed out to Jackfish Lake this morning, 1st time ever ice fishing the lake, Tip-ups for pike were very slow, Managed to ice 3, and 2 of them were legal lenth, Caught alot of walleye throughout the day, the biggest was around 56cm, managed to ice a least a dozen or so. Very impressed with the quality of eyes coming out of the lake, hopefully they keep the limit zero, or maybe make it a draw lake in the future. Ice was around 20", 3 inches of white ice and 17" of clear. Only half a dozen or so fisherman out. Very happy with my experience, and my 3 girls had a blast.
