Default Looking for help making a video

Hi All,
I am looking to hire someone that is able to do a very short underwater video in color of trout feeding for a website.I have everything except the camera and no how. I have to admit of being "smart like tractor"when it comes to these things so any help would be greatly appreciated
thank you

how deep is the water? there's a lot of hand held waterproof cameras you can use if it's not too deep.

the water is about 35 feet where the shack is, but the fish feed from the surface down to the bottom.A few people have taken video on there phones, it turned out really well....... it's not often you get to see several hundred fish boiling at your feet Lol I would really like to have a camera down at about 10 feet pointing up towards the surface, visibility is usually to 20 feet plus.
Thank you all for input !!!
