Default Incredible happy ending

This dog survived 5 weeks in the Colorado mountains. A hiker carried him to safety

A comment on what exaggerated importance pets have become in our society. I see way more of a miracle in this situation which seems to merit very little comment in the media. How many of our kids could do this, one of them was only one year old ? For dogs, it doesn't take much to survive, it's in their nature.

The story of those kids survival was posted all over. It's a true miracle that they didn't get killed in the crash and survived for 40 days or so. But it's nice to hear about our best friends survival too As you said they have a better chance than humans...
