Once again I am utterly speechless and totally impressed with the level of knowledge and extremely high level of service at Fish Tales!

Big thanks to the staff and management today that helped me get set up for my tropical fishing trip. My reels were in a bit of a mess and now I am all set.

I also got tons of helpful hints and ideas on my bonefish and tarpon fly tying.

Thanks again all you Fish Tales folks.

Needed some detailed information about fly lines so called there last Friday. Young fellow was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some different options to think about.

Called back after some more research on line but another fellow answered the phone. No worries as he was every bit as knowledgeable and the conversation continued as if uninterrupted.

These were not "Do you have this?' type of questions but detailed questions about tapers, coatings and how these lines react to different conditions on a specific rod AND I could hear in the back ground that the store was busy.

When ready to place my order, the product was in hand and boxes opened to verify. I purchased a new Hardy reel and line. The line was spooled with free backing and expedited to my home. Ordered late last Friday and had the parcel on my door steep on Tuesday afternoon. Well priced, well packaged and exactly as described. It just doesn't get any better than that.
