Baby back ribs. Smoked for three hours, put in tin foil for two hours with honey, brown sugar and apple juice, then out of the tinfoil and back on the grill for an hour and sauced up with my sweet/spicy BBQ sauce recipe. So tender.

Every one of the small towns up there had a Chinese Restaurant. Remember sitting at the counter in Wanham getting a soda from the Chinese owner and his wife while mom & Dad were tipping a cold one in the bar down the street.

all week moving my 83 year old Hoarder Hungarian MIL out of the house she moved into in the 60's and into a small condo-
Had to repack EVERYTHING she packed cuz last time she packed anything she was in her 20's. Bag of flour packed in with her underwear.
3 ton truck just for junk haul away. Too tired to cook so just ate what was easy
