Default Cheap flashabou

Just a heads up dallarama has 4 different colours of eastergrass aka flashabou for $2 per bag and there is a lot in each bag. Those on a budget like me it's a great option.

Try cereal box liners. Tough and colour with Magic Markers.

There is also a lot of cheap flashabou on the Alipexpress app. You can get crystal flash for usually ~$7/10 colours and normal flashabou for ~10$/10 colours. I know it is not holiday decoration but i figured that I would throw it out there while we are on the topic of cheap material.
