I had some duct tape glue on a vinyl window frame and goo gone wouldn't touch it. Used this stuff and it came right off. Disclaimer - it dulled the vinyl finish, so I would do a test spot on a door jamb or something. You may end up needing to buff the paint when you're done. But if all the other suggestions fail, this may be your best bet.

The trick with goo gone is to keep the glue saturated. It will eventually soak in and do its job.
Goof off is another product that works well.
I used to remove a lot of labels and stickers when I worked in the bottled water buisness. I found that different products worked better on different adhesives. Just have to keep trying till you find a winner.

I used 3M concentrated glass cleaner (from a body supply store) to remove extremely stubborn tree sap (nothing else worked). That may be an option, and from what I've read on detailing forums, it'll remove pretty much anything while still being relatively safe for paint (aka don't leave it on overnight).

rapid remover, it is made for exactly what you need.
safe on trucks and paint - plastic razorblade if it is real stubborn.

I got some to spare if needed.
