Reservealberta site???????

This morning I went on this site to ready myself for the start of the camping season reservation. They indicated that the campground I wanted to reserve a site for would not open till 1pm. Threw a bit of a wrench into my day since I am travelling in Belize. Oh well. Just got in from our tour and went into the site. It indicated no sites were available. Tried a different campground. Same thing. I dont think Crimson or Pigeon would be completely full for midweek the first week in May. I began to wonder if it crashed like the underscribed licenses last Aug. Anybody heard anything? No indication on the site. Don't want to phone.Thanks. BEL

The campgrounds open May long weekend.so after May long there are lots of sites.

Yeah. My guess is they aren't open the dates your looking at.

Crimson has a loop open for winter camping this year, I believe the rate is reduced till May 12th. The store was open this weekend, maybe give them a call and see what you can do.

As per the FAQ you can only reserve within 90 days of your stay. Is that what's affecting you?

As I mentioned earlier, it must be I have to phone in bookings. It is within the 90 days and I dont think they are all booked. I would phone but I am in Belize. Will have to wait till Friday when I get home. Thanks guys. BEL

My understanding is that you can book 90 days before your stay but if that stay is before May Long (when the campgrounds open) you can't book. It will show everything is booked. I think it happens after Sept long also. The campground may be open, you just can't online reserve.

Group camping sites opened a couple weeks ago. We were online the second they opened and we couldn't get the group site we've booked for the last 6 years. Every weekend of the summer was gone almost instantly.
