Default Married wing; getting better

These are a lot of fun to tie and extremely satisfying when you get the wing right

One day along time from now i will try to tie one of these half as nice...

Just last night i was reading an article in an old hatches magazine that was about tying similar flies and the difference between tying for show and tying to throw...great insight about becoming a better tier by learning the tediously perfect version and in doing so you often end up teaching yourself to learn better short cuts that can make your lesser flies nicer even when hastily tearing through them.

these I am actually going to swing. I've got higher quality pics on my instagram, I hope the trout like them as much as I like tying them
