Anyone have one of these? Do you like it? Is the cell reception decent?

They are only as good as the cell service you have in the area. Check the cell service maps online.

Can I put a SIM card in from any carrier, or am I forced to use the SIM card included?

Use telus for a provider, i find they work best for me. Rogers and Bell really sucks for these cameras. Check the signal on your cell phone when setting your camera up, if you have 3 or more bars your good anything less may not work it will transmit every couple of days, cloudy days are hit and miss.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if the camera was set up for anything other than the SIM card that came with it, because the coverage map on the website didn't look great.
