Default Blood trail

Shot a white-tail buck low in the chest and made a good sized hole in the bottom of his heart. An entrance and exit wound must have been pouring blood out of him. Look at this blood trail.(.264 win mag., 140 grian Win. factory ammo)

He was hit on the run and went about 40 yards till he ran out of gass.

That's a nice trail. I wish I had a few more of those to follow this year. Great shooting.

looks like the blood trail that the wifes first doe left this year. It was kinda nice not having to look for a drop here and a drop there. Nice to have a trail like that when you don't have any snow.
