Fin-tech tackle

Anybody on here know the Canadian entity/rep for Fin-tech tackle. I ordered hooks a few weeks ago(payment immediate), havent received anything. I spoke via email once to the rep after 5 emails. Several phone calls later (no responses). It was only when i spoke to US rep(who isnt answering calls now) that i received an email from canadian rep. I just want these hooks or at the very least communication as to when i will receive the order i paid for. I've offered to pick them up directly from warehouse in Okotoks(apparently). Any one knows the rep please let him know theres a customer trying to reach him.
