Good question... Unfortunately I can't answer it directly. Winchester did advertise Model 70s in Left Hand. I managed to pick up a new model 70 - 7mm RemMag in Left Hand when the company closed it's doors several years ago. It's not a pre-64 but it shoots very decently... I have yet to see any new left hand models but the new re-vamped Winchester Company, and do not know if they actually built a Pre 64 model 70 in left hand.
