I will be attending.
But I will say that I hope is better than the last two years.
There was quite a diminished number of tables from previous years.
It's too the point that I would like to know the number of tables, and a ratio of gun tables too craft tables before deciding to spending the gas money.

Provost show has never been one for the "craft show" type stuff so you won't have to worry there. Just asked and there is 72 tables at the show this year.
Provost has always been on the same day every year and the last few years other shows have popped up that have been stealing our vendors!

Well you are right. The vendors weren't there.
Too bad it used to be a good show.
The whole east wall and a few other tables was jewelry junk.

Yeah I know we got extra screwed this year. Edmonton took our west vendors and moose jaw took all our sask and southern vendors which sucks cause like you said it's been such a great show.

I had planned to attend, and meet up with my good buddy & fellow member Leo, however the forecast dictated otherwise.

I almost went for a road trip out to that because of your post on Feb 29th post saying there were 72 good vendors coming. Now you are saying a lot never showed up? REALLY glad I didn't go, I would have been magnum p***ed off. Maybe these gun shows need to do a little coordination with each other or you are going to see people only attending nearby shows in the future.

For the amount of vendors though the quality of stuff leaving the door has been pretty decent. Prophet river seems to be moving a lot and some of the dealers peddling the usual recycled junk have had some great stuff this year. I would still say it's worth checking

The plows are out and the roads have been surprisingly decent today and yesterday.

I went to the Lloyd show this year for the first time. It was very good and enough room between the aisles you could walk without rubbing on a bunch of old guys with B.O. IMO the Edmonton gun show held in stony plain is the same old guys trying to sell their same old overpriced garbage. Half the stuff in most of these gun shows I would take to the dump.

You guys should really consider changing your dates.
Yes, you had it first, and it should be rightfully yours, but if there are 3 groups that feel entitled to that weekend, the winner will be the one who is willing to change first.

Provost isnt alone.
Consort used to be one of the best but after last year i dont think ill return.
Could be the price of fuel and hotel rooms that affect the number of vendors.

It has been discussed. It's a lot trickier than you think there isn't as many available dates as you would think.

Surprisingly enough it's been covid that has really hurt the vendors list. Lots of the old timers that did it realized not packing guns and ammo in and out every weekend felt pretty nice so they hung up their hats.
