Default Quiver ?

Hey guys,

I would like to purchase a new quiver, just wondering what everyone likes to use or wishes they had ? This will be for hunting and mounted on a Bowtech BTX.

No-name hip quiver; keeps the bow light and maneuverable, less cross-wind effects. But does have the drawback that my release hand guides it through thicker underbrush.

When the arrow grips on my current one wears out, I'll replace it with another hip quiver.

All this reminds me that I've got a mounted but never used quiver for a Hoyt at home that I should put onto the classifieds

J.

Tight spot if your going to put it on your bow and that's if it's in your price range if not look around... if your using skinny arrows bring one with you to try not all quivers hold the skinny ones well

Right now, APA branded Octane deadlock lite. comes off very quietly if I need to remove it.

Lot of guys running tight spot these days, probably worth a look.

Highly recommend an offset stabilizer if you are going to shoot with the quiver on, and go with a 3 arrow quiver. Lighter, less wind resistance and less material moving when you draw.

I have been using a bohning lynx 6 arrow quiver for about 8-10 years now (the same one). It's light, it's flexible and acts as an extra shock absorber. I think I paid $30.00 for it. And you can spend the money you save by buying this quiver instead of a more expensive one, to buy arrows to fill it with!
