Lots of Elk

For u guys hunting elk and without getting the locals peeved at me just wanted to give a heads up about a "boatload" of elk " just" south of Caroline , lets say near a river and on the west side feeding on private and resting on crown land during the day. Physically seen them today and watched a young chap drag out a 5/5 . He too claimed the bull had 40 cows with him and had himself got some friction from the locals and " their " elk.. Hope it helps someone get into some good grilling.

I gather you don't hunt or have any family/friends that do . 17 post's since 2012 ..lol .. you sure they were elk ? upset with someone in the area , maybe ? hmmm
