Default Wholesale sports Calgary 6.00 doz flies

Was there yesterday they are clearing out there flies apparently getting a new supplier 6 bucks a dozen and they have a rack full of rods for 50 percent off just a heads up

Make sure you bring a bunch with you as they will all unravel and don't catch any big fish on them they'll bend out!

I didn't buy any myself I was just looking for switch Rod lines and picked up a 8 weight line I try to tie my own for the most part.But when I do but I go to icky fly works.

Some reddington there was a echo there seen a William Joseph couple other brands only a couple higher ender rods and mostly 8 weights but there was a couple 5 and sixes not sure what's left seen that sale on before x mas for 40 per off but now it's 50 per off hope that helps a little

Hopefully you have a better selection down there. Here in Edmonton it's embarrassing. Feel for the guy that manages the south side store. So bad.

I haven't had much problems with the flies I've gotten from wholesale.
For the nymphs, take 10 minutes after buying 3 dozen, and dab a bit of sally hansen on them. 6$ a dozen, can't go wrong for them tiny little buggers ya hate to tie yourself!

I went to Walmart today and couldn't resist some cheap flies next door lol usually I don't buy from there like I said but what do you do bought a bunch of streamers they don't look terrible but the pike kick the crap out of them anyway so who cares lol.the bins a defently thinner than yesterday everybody's filling up.

There are some great flies at wholesale if you know what to look for some are crap and some are great quality. Look for curved hooks. And a little head cement goes a long way. I walked away with 40 dozen that I'm confident won't unravel or bend out. Spent $300.00 saved over $1000.00.

I had hoped the south side Edmonton branch would be doing the same. No such luck. not alot to pick from just regular price.
