Calgary Gun Show Who's Going?

Dates of the Gun Show are Good Friday March 21, Sat 22 and Sun 23rd
My Son and I will be Meeting up with Old Dog, Winch101 and a few others Cabertoss as he says should be easy to spot with the Newbie hanging of his chest

I too believe the show is Friday and Saturday only. Thursday seems to be an option for those who have tables of their own, 'insider' early bird special as it is. Sunday I'm quite sure is a no-go, I've made that mistake there previously, and missed out. I've also made the mistake of thinking it would be open until 8-9pm as most events tend to be there, but then rushing as 5 or 6 pm approached and the show was wrapping up. Its been explained to me they close this early so many exhibitors can pack up and get home in time for Easter, as many have travelled from some distance away. This year I won't be quite so naive.

Their website has the dates, but not the times, at least that I've been able to find. For those not in the know, its at the Roundup Centre, which is an exhibition hall located on the Stampede grounds. See you there!

Yup,
I am sure I will head down as well. Not sure when, may just depend on if/when we have showings booked for our up-for-sale house. I will be a guy wearing a camo ahiea hat with my 2 sons, 5 and 7. I am sure at least one, prob both will be decked out in camo.

Saturday morning for us. Going for the 'experience' more than too buy something, there isn't usually much of anything for us southpaws at the shows. Besides, I've got most of my gun money tied up in projects/customs.  
I do think I'll extend my CSSA membership though........
Should be fun.

Gun Show
The Godless Good Friday Gunshow....would'nt miss it.
Never buy anything, but it is fun just to wander about, look at the stuff and listen to the chatter.
May have to look at custom guys to see what can be done to spruce up the old Marlin 917.
