Default Old Shotgun Repair

Was wondering if there is a gunsmith that might be able to fix my shotgun. I have my great great grandpas double barrel shotgun which is an old department store shotgun made by Diamond Arms. The one firing pin has had a piece break off after a 111 years of use. After looking at the mechanism I think the piece would need to be re-machined as I think it would take years of looking to find a replacement. I recognize this would be expensive. So far 5 generations have put food on the table with this gun and I would like to make sure it sees generation 6.

Default Location?

Where are you located? Roy at R&T Firearms in Warburg is great for that sort of work if you're ever in the area, I know there's others in AB but I've never dealt with them.

Located in Calgary. But I don't have a problem taking a drive on one of my Fridays off.

Talk to David Henry, Bob Galloway, Henry Remple, or Karl Schmidt.

You want a real gunsmith to not only fix the pin, but look the gun over and make sure everything else is cool.

Spoke with Bob Galloway he said he could help me out so I'll be shipping it up to him. Thanks for all the suggestions.
