Default bunny hunting

Okay, so I thought I might try bow hunting rabbits. Question... broadheads or judo? I have both

You will have a few more arrows come hunting season if you use Judo's lol..

Broadheads can skip, bounce off trees and leave the province...lol

Makes no differance on bunny ...both leave devestating holes...

you will lose a few more arrows with broad heads but they kill better and are less messy than judos

Just wondering how they kill better when dead is dead? ....lol
...the Judo will rip both lungs or heart out and bunny is toast in seconds...

Broadhead whizz thru ...tend to dive and torpedo under snow or thru then skip and gone...or buried in tree...

Not sure how Judo is messy...both will bleed em out in seconds ...

lose a Judo $2.99...Lose a braodhead $19.99...if you dont lose them...replacement blades $19.99 a PK

In the "old days" I made my own Judos by placing a wing nut, big washer or a bottle cap (with a hold punched in the middle) behind a judo point, worked fine for small game.

Another vote for using judo or other blunt tip heads...
I have killed 3 rabbits with a judo on one arrow.
Cant say i recover arrows with broadheads hunting rabbit.

Yup judo for sure, but I wouldn't worry about making a mess. Head shots only... right? Haha

My fiirst blunt was with our homemade bows hunting small game...an empty 30-30 brass cartridge ...smacked down many bunnys and birds with these...for bigger critters we stuck a thick 2 inch flathead nail in the cartridge ...main nail thru primer hole...than flattened nail and sharpened...

You would be surprized on how deadly both of these were!!!

We used everything one can think off, including tips ground down on solid fixed broadheads, eccentialy just the rear half of broadheads...most were damged tip heads... until the Judo point came out that was near 40 years ago ...nothing comes close to this day and there is no looking back

G5 has a really nice small game head. It's a solid piece with 3 claws. Looks pretty legit. But $30 each!!!

Yes with Judos you can get two for $10.00...

Did a lot of field testing with the G5 SMG [small game head]...

PRO's...Devastating hard hiiting...and great flight wouldnt be skeered to take critters up to coyotes with these...

CON's...Expensive...like broadhead they pass thru small game and keep trucking...very brittle...broke a half dozens on rocks hunting gophers...

Judo simply just rocks !!!! lol
