Default Need opinions

I setup my blind the other day hoping to bag me a nice mulie. Thing is when the mulies came in they saw my blind right away and not me. Now my question is, shoud i not use the blind for a few days to allow them to get comfortable or some people are telling me that the sun might be glaring off it and its getting there attention. People say maybe put some dead fall to conceal my blind. I dunno. Thanks.

An animal knows his territory like nothing else. Any change, even slight will be noticed, cutting branches for a shooting lane can bring attention. If you placed it in the spring it would have maybe given them a chance to accept it.

Leave it alone and hope they learn to accept it as 'not a threat'.

And people say the mule deer is dumb

Leave it.

They will get used to it.

I have mine sitting at a water hole right in the open and I have a trail camera set there too and I'm getting lots of moose and deer walking right by it and there not even looking at it anymore.
