Sausage stuffer
Got tired of making sausage with a 1/2 HP grinder so ordered a 5 litre Trespade vertical stuffer. Recommended by a butcher that teaches the sausage making course at Olds College.Didn't think I needed the even more expensive Hobart or F.Dick brands as I'm not commercial.All metal gears and SS mostly.Should be here in a week or so depending on CP.Was not interested in the Chinese made ones with sloppy QC and plastic gears.

Check out ctr in Calgary. They have a good line in there at good prices. I’m sure they come from the same factory as LEM. They carry parts to fix anything to. They also have a Black Friday sale coming.

I have a trespade stuffer think I holds 20lbs sure makes life easy making sausage can’t wait to make some pepperoni and garlic on Christmas holidays.

You won't regret the purchase. Quality manufacture and works way better than a grinder.

You chose imo the best.I have had a 11litre[22lb],for 45 yreas.Never had a problem,extremely well made.Have fun.When my buddies[4] bought it,we were really into the hunting.Now i'm the only one left.Wouldn't mind downsizing to the 5 litre. Guys always ask why we went with that big .It all comes down to having the least amout of contamination.Load the stuffer,casing on the horn.Doesn't take long to do 40 lbs of sausage.Smoked in the day..

I've had the 11 litre for over thirty years. Never have replaced ANY parts. Agreed they are the best!!

You shouldn't have any trouble selling the bigger one here.The new 5 litre was $700 shipped to my door from www.stuffers.com in BC free shipping.

Great stuffer. That is a high quality unit And will last through a couple generations of home based sausages makers. you will immediately notice the Much better control You have of the sausage feed rate through the stuffer vs the grinder.
