Any long weekend reports from the river? Thinking of heading down there next week.

Was down there for the long weekend by burmis lake. Water looked great, not muddy at all - seemed low if anything. That was during a nice weekend weather-wise, I'm sure it's rained since then. Managed to land a few in the late morning on small 22-24 parachute Adams and in the evening had a some good action on pheasant tail nymphs. Best of luck if you get out!

I was down there this past weekend. I was west of the slide; the river was very clear and the little guys were taking everything

hit it a couple days ago after getting nowhere finding elk. Was fishing well. Rainbows are nice and fat.
