What's happening with all these break in's and thefts is like cancer, it's everywhere and it's in discriminant, nobody is immune.

I was going to say they likely have gps in the trucks but it was found abandoned.

Ballsy for sure.

Same town and this happened the night after the firearm theft. Obviously a slap on the wrist isn't deterring criminals at all.

I live in this community, and the theft has gotten out of control. Last week my truck was stolen from the parking lot of a repair shop. You could hit the RCMP headquarters with a rock from where it was taken, it was used in a crime later that night. Police raided a residence found my damaged truck, stolen weapons, and a large quantity of Meth. Our society is in a very sad state.

I used to live there, 15 years ago, problems existed but not quite as bad as now. Still have friends there, lots of their tools and equipment get stolen. I won't speculate about where a lot of the crime originates.

Landowner its always good when the person stealing is known to cops, and cops know they have been on a stealing spree, yet they wont do anything. And when the cops make an arrest the fella is out stealing the next day.
