Default DHenry Gunmakers

Anyone live in or around Bentley, know if Dave Henry is still open? I took a gun in about a month ago and I would like to know if it is ready. I have tried calling him for the last week and a half and get no answer. There is no voice mail.

Thanks Doug

I tried calling myself a couple of times, just to ask about how he would have secured my muzzle brake ( a potential buyer asked if it was detachable and replaceable with a thread protector, so I wondered also). I know in the earlier half of the year he was advertising his business for sale, along with training a new owner for the transition, but have no idea if such a transaction has yet happened. I do know that some days are machine work days and he probably has allotted ones where he'll answer the phone. I'd keep at it with the phone calls; just try varying times, instead of always calling at lunch or what have you.

Gone huntin' , says he will be back by the 18th.

He only answers the phone on Weds. so you might want to leave a message for him.

He has no voice mail. It is my daughters gun. WE had to cut the stock down 3" and had a muzzel break put on it. I bought the gun from Roadhammer in Aug. I have tried to call at 8,9,10,11,12,12:30

Sorry to have caused you distress but I finally got out to the alpine slopes and didn't give a second thought to demands at the shop that were left behind. The hunt was sucsessfull with a damned good ram, will be eating sheep steaks tonight and answering that bastard of a phone soon enough. Best Regards David Henry.

I take real pictures with my old Nikon 135mm because I'm too stupid to fathom the new fangled Hewwet Packard digital that I bought. I will be going to Walmart to get them developed this afternoon and will have them in my photo album for those that want to look at them. I can not take full credit for the sheep as it was my hunting partners turn and he did a fine job of collecting his first ram, a special moment for both of us shared in the high country. David.

David, your first response gave me a good chuckle, as a business owner i can relate to the 'damned phone'. Good work on the sheep, I might have to swing out and take a look at the photos, and perhaps that bell and carlson we spoke about.
