Default On the Ice - Burbot Catch/Clean/Cook

Here's a new one for you all I just edited while I'm out on the ice still! Burbot are delicious and a great fish to target, hope you enjoy!

Also what other species do you guys want to see an "on the ice" catch and cook done this winter? I'm thinking maybe brook trout, pike, lake trout? Let minnow thanks fellow fisher people.

I've always wanted to attempt this but I never find decent sized perch. Usually little feeder fish when the jack aren't biting.

Ah yes I have done that technique it definitely works, maybe il show it next time I'm eating perch on the ice!
