Default Speaking of Cdn Tire...

Cajun Tire has Realtree Camo Hoodies on again this season for $9.99 starting Monday, Dec 2. Bought a couple last year and they are quite warm n comfortable, good deal.

Canadian Tire has another deal on some hunting outer wear. I was at a big "double deck" store in S Edmonton and saw fall pattern jackets and pants for 75% off IIRC. Looked nice for moderate cold, and seemed like a decent price. Seemed to be all XL, and XXL, though. No idea on fit though. Found some stuff sized pretty small, that was labelled "big".

Fluid Film in a 3.78L paint can at Princess Auto $20.01. Says it was reduced from $79.99 or something but the till rang in at 63.99 until they got the price overridden.

I use it on my drain machine cables but it would also work in place of cosmoline

For those with AR-15's or anything else that uses AR-pattern magazines, Wolverine Supplies has a great price on used Daniel Defense 5/32 magazines, $10 each or a 10-pack for $75. Note that they're used and sold as-is. DD somehow makes them 32 round capacity in the same size as other 30 round magazines (of course, this being before they're riveted).

I don't think so.... I tried searching and couldn't come up with anything. They dont even seem to have any XCR M mags in stock right now. AR10 mags seem to be hard to find in stock right now.

Daniel Defense does not make magazines in .308/7.62, only .223 Rem/5.56. Wolverine is the Canadian importer for DD and likely had magazines from product demo, whether that was for DD products or something else. I have two of the DD magazines already, but at that price, more was a no-brainer.

DD's own webpage for magazines: https://danieldefense.com/accessories/magazines.html

No-Frills has 1lb frozen tubes of Lean Ground Chicken for 88 cents. Limit 4, but they let me through with 20 tubes last night near closing.

Making some Keto Zuchinni Lasagne with some and will twist up some Sage Breakfast Sausage with some. And excited to use the rest for a raft for a Asian Consomme/Pho

Picked up my package from Wolverine at the post office and these 5/32 magazines are all in great shape! One appears unused as the follower is sparkling clean with zero evidence of abrasion on the follower, two of the others probably only had the bolt strip the last cartridge once and the others are still only lightly used, they have a bit of dirt on their followers, a few have numbers written in silver Sharpie marker but what a darned good deal. I'm betting they used them for testing their WK-180C.

My wife texted me that she was getting one (she found the Save-on deal independently), she then asked about a smoker and was looking up butchering it. I guess there is(was?) a limit of two legs per customer for this special.

Pic of one of the legs I grabbed last year. So make sure you have adequate freezer space or can break it down quickly.

Thanks for that one. I picked up two and broke them down for sausage making. That's pretty cheap meat!
