Cut to desired thickness.

Season with spice (garlic, oignion, pepper etc NO SALT!!) let sit in fridge from one hour to overnite.

Let sit on counter till they reach room temp (1/2 hour).

Brush with light olive oil.

Cook hot and fast on BBQ till juices run light pink or clear (medium)

DO NOT BURN!!!!!

Add salt or salt based seasoning if desired.

EAT.

ok heres the way I do it...
Soak loins in salt water for a hour to thaw if froze. Remove all fat and silver skin and rinse with cold water. Cut arross the grain into 1.25 inch steaks. Place in a ziploc bag and with sun dried tomato dressing. letter soak indat fer a few hours.
Lite bbq and cook them how you like them done. Then sit back and get ready for compliments to the chef. Its a shame the whole critter aint made of tenderloin but that what makes 'em so special. good eatin chain

cut lines into a chunk of tenderloin about 1/2" deep

wrap tenderloin with bacon. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper on it.

heat the bbq

Put it on the bbq a little higher than medium. Cook until the bacon is burnt crisp.

Serve.
