Default Question about a pressurized toilet

I want to drain my toilet to reroute the drain. It is a pressurize unit and unlike the gravity feed type I cant just turn off the water and flush a few times. Still plenty of water in the bowl? Google was not my friend trying to find the answer.

so question for any plumbers of DIYers, What is the trick to draining this bad boy??

Thanks!!

I just changed a toilet at the in laws. Not a pressure unit, i dont know what that is??? I shut the water off and I couldnt flush the water out so I sucked it out with the shop vac, tank and bowl. Sorry, best I can come up with. good luck.

Do you have to lift your ass off the seat when you flush to avoid a giant hickey?

Sorry I cant help, but it sounds kinda dangerous.

Oxford Dictionary, unabridged: pressurized toilet: a porcelain waste receptacle located directly beneath 220Swifty.

I've installed a couple of those pressure assist units, but never had cause to pull one. Surely a flush after shutting the water supply should vent any pressure (provided Swifty's butt's off of it). I also agree with the shop-vac suggestion, it keeps both the floor and your footwear dry.
