Doubt it will get worse. I feel for you, but im 100% sure "legalization" will notchange your situation. Of course your neighbor will continue to smoke, but its not likely they will smoke more then they currently do.

Why would it be worse now? The same people that smoked, will continue to smoke. The same people that don’t smoke, will continue to not smoke. Today is no special day. Today is just Wednesday. Lol.

Not sure where you reside, but it has been my experience that odors dissipate rather quickly when outdoors. To state one needs to hide indoors is a little silly....

Is that even legal? For them to say what you may or may not do legally in your own home? Kind of dictating what is acceptable legal behaviour. If companies are doing this with pot legalization, I’m thinking there will be some court cases coming up.

I have 3 strains of Sativa ,

Blue Coma
Purple Gas
And Grapefruit.

Purple Gas and grapefruit are a great daytime smoke and Blue Coma is that, nice and mellow don’t do anything go to sleep after.

Happy Legalization Day to my fellow tokers on this Day.

Couldn’t help but notice the sun shining and the sky not falling.

I still think there is some hand ringing though.

Safety sensitive position and the testing isn’t there yet for impairment is my guess.

Yup. Until they can narrow down when you did the drugs and what limit is acceptable for the workplace, there will probably be zero tolerance.

Love to be able to have a toke on the weekend or take some to help me sleep but also need a job.

Businesses can specify levels of tolerance to any number of intoxicating stubstances. One can dance with chance, based on how much one enjoys getting money to live in a house and eat food as opposed with being requested to pee in a cup.

I’m a liberal. I’ll get money no matter if I work or not.

Just saw some bikers on the corner offering to squeegie truck windows at the stop light. They were holding signs, "out of work please help".

Also, wicked deals on Labrador retrievers today as the RCMP is clearing out dozens of obsolete drug-sniffing dogs.

While I, too, am left of center, i prefer to reside in my nice house rather than a van down by the river.

It can be bad. My in-laws couldn't even keep a window open on the neighbour-facing side of the house, and forget about enjoying the yard.

i had a meeting with all my guys i said "if you need to book off that day or the day after do it now because doing it at work isn't acceptable and coming to work impaired isn't acceptable either"

no one booked either day off, everyone showed up, they dont care...

I found the solution for all the smoke sensitive folks that figure they can't open their windows or enjoy their yard anymore....a nose clip.

The funny part is everybody in line to get into the store is so friendly and casual a person can just walk up and start talking to the happy guys at the front of the line and all of a sudden you are in line with them.

I don’t know how the guys behind you would take it.

When I was a kid I smoked so much pot I’m surprised I didn’t have a handle growing out of my head. As I got older I quit, so did most of my friends. Some still smoke it, I might go visit a retailer but not until the lineups are done, I’m in no panic to grab some, I’m sure I could get a bag within 20min if I wanted some.
