Default Can draw weight be calculated?

Are there any draw weight calculators out there?

Here is the info I was able the gather from my Bow Tech Carbon Night.
Draw length is 28.5". Arrows are 400 grain Easton graphite with 100 grain target points.
After about 100 shots with the bow, I tested it out on the chrono last night in the basement.
Average speed from ten shots was 282fps.
Jim Bows said it was set up at about 62-63lbs.

Just curious if there is a calculator that can verify?
Or does it have to be measured?

IBO spec is 330fps. I'm assuming that's at the max 70# and 30.5" draw weight. Arrow weight???
