Default Thumb release

Carter and Stan's are also great choices, you may like a three finger better so see if you can try one first. Cheers Roscoe

I was looking at the spot hogg whipper snapper closed jaw. On the fence between that and a carter. Let me know what you think if you get a sport hogg!

I have 2 Carter Just B Cuz, they are a Thumb release, 1 Carter Evolution +, and a Carter Honey which is a Hing with a safety (very very cool)
The Just B Cuz are very nice as you can set them up to be used as Thumb release if you want or you can set it so that you can use back tension. They are fairly pricey but well well worth the money. If you can find somewhere to try some different releases I would suggest that before you spend the money on one.

I have been messing around with a carter chocolate addiction recently, and the results are promising. It does take a little while to get used to. Though it is the only brand of thumb release I have owned the carter seems very well built, extremely smooth and highly adjustable.
