Default Grande prairie honda

Grande Prairie Honda has horrible service. It is NOT the service I expect from a Lund dealership. I bought a premium product and when I bring it to be serviced I expect the same. I spent $2100 this visit and it will cost me more to fix the issues that have occurred. I went to get a power steering pump fixed and it came back with the job incomplete and more damage than it went there with.
-Pump was not installed properly requiring it to be taken out and reinstalled
-Winterization was not completed properly
-Mud and greasy boots walked all over my boat carpet and Bimini top. Stains all over the inside of the roof and floor. The oil and grease is NOT going to come out!
-Ripped snap for rear seat cover
Now I understand, things happen but they can be fixed. I think this is the most irritating part; I have emailed and called to discuss how this could be remedied however Myles Longphee (the owner) has no response.

Anyways just a heads up for anyone having to deal with this place. I suspect they are just as bad in the automotive division.

I would be more than a bit ticked myself.

If dealer would not respond to my inquiries I would be all over Lund to deal with one of their dealers.
