Default Coyote Primeness

What are folks seeing for primeness in coyotes? I've been at it since November 9 and I'm still looking for my first fully prime coyote. Here are two that I put up today. The one on the left was caught yesterday. The colour of the hide is the nicest that I've caught yet but it still has a touch of blue running up the back. The one on the right was caught Tuesday.

By now I'm usually catching fully prime coyotes but this year it's late for some reason. What's everyone else seeing?

Default Same here..

I caught one two days ago and fleshed it last night. I was surprised to see a touch of blue up the spine too. I had assumed it would be fully prime by now.
