Default Changing priority points to a different draw code?

Hello I am wondering if there is any way to change your existing priority points from one draw code to a different one? For example I have been putting in for wmu 300 elk which is code 21 but I would like to start putting in for antlered elk which is code 18 is there any way of doing this without losing your points? I have looked online in the draw booklet but I can not find a direct answer to it

You won’t lose your 300 priority points, but you can not transfer them. You will start at zero points for antlered elk and if unsuccessful, next year you will have points for both. When you get enough points to draw a tag, it will only wipe out the points for that draw.

The only way to lose your priority points, is to draw the tag. If you don't apply for a specific draw code, the points for that draw code remain unchanged, until you choose to apply for that draw code again.

So basically from the feedback, you can put in for antlered elk and gain 1 point in that draw code but still remain at the same amount of points in the 300 draw? And only lose the points you have built for the draw that you decide to pull that year?

You can not swap points from one draw code to another. Only way to lose priority is to get drawn.

It doesn’t matter what wmu you put your draw in for. You will keep accumulating points until your drawn.

Can antlered elk priority points be used for the 300 WMU draw? Or only points acquired from the actual WMU 300 draw are eligible for that?

Just read the previous posts in this thread, they explain quite plainly that priority is for a specific draw code.
