Default Opening thread issue?

Does anyone else experience a problem when clicking on threads.

Sometimes a thing pops up asking to open a page or save it and you end up have to go back and retry clicking the thread?

I just wiped my computer of Vista and installed windows 7s and I still have the issue. I thought it may go away with the wipe and new installation but I'm having the same problem at times. It's only on this forum, none of the other forums I frequent have this issue.
