Came up from the field as we were coming back from playing with the pheasants at a very wet Daysland site.

Best get it to climb into the bed of the truck by luring it with a basket full of apples before pulling the trigger!

Saturday back at the car.
They put up three and got shots at two



Today - non-stop drizzle
They put up seven. I am learning to shoot left handed so today for whatever reason, was the day for not getting the gun up in time. Of the seven - six were put up in range. I shot at 4 to get the two. Today's birds had lots of runners out into the grass.

Now that's what I'm talking about.

I used to shoot left or right at the trap range, but I never had the stones to try in the field.

That's a big old calf producing cow! Very nice!
