Well, I was at a whisky tasting last night and didn't watch the Flames get drubbed by Senators, and wasn't worth commenting on anyway. Good thing we softened them up, so they only beat the Oilers 6-1 tonight....
McJesus better get on with saving all those other guys he plays with from the Valley of Missing Playoffs soon.....
On the upside, Flames won nicely tonight in Nuckville, and Henrik Sedin got 3 minors in the 3rd so they must have got under his skin. Goals by Gio (shortie!), Hamonic, and Hamilton, outstanding to see the Blue Liners contribute so much. Smith once again had a fantastic show in net, and that puts us at 4-2-0 for the season. Good start on the year!
