Sheesh man. What do you think is propping his head up....and hanging down outside the tailgate? You get two.

Real nice buck. Only one question. Did you know he was in the area or a complete surprise?

I’ve been after him for 3 years, 2 years ago I figure he would go 240”, I never seen him last year, I was scared the wolves got him. He doesn’t slip up often, but today was my day. It’s been 7 years since I shot a whitetail, I don’t shoot little ones, I usually fill the freezer with moose or elk. I’ve got way more meat this year than I need so I’ll be sharing with friends and family. My elk tag will go on the Christmas tree.

Me and this guy have history as a few of you know, it’s hard to believe it all came together today. Truly a monster, the swamp monster!

PS, I finally stretched the tape over 200”!!!

Way to go Kurt. Deer of a lifetime. Must be satisfying finally throwing a tape on a deer you’ve had history with. Killer symmetry on those eyeguards. Now you can sit back and let your boy take the reins.

Incredible deer, but more impressive is your dedication to his pursuit. I've just started a similar quest and this is supreme inspiration. Every deer is special but it's fair to say this one is extra special.

I hope you had a celebratory rum with that ginger ale. Well done, sir. How far a shot? I bet those antlers would’ve even looked good at 672. Lol

Awesome buck.

Can't wait to hear the whole story, a 3 year wait makes it even more impressive.
