Talking Gas mileage poor

FINALLY got to drive the car. Gets about 6 miles per gallon (VP C-111)

I do not have the front air dam on or the scoop snorkle. Later. Need an off set air cleaner & mounting hardware for the air dam.

Pulls like a freight train !
Heart rate was likely around 200, palms sweating & grinning the whole time !

3800/3900 RPM at 60 miles per hour. 3:91 gears (or so I was told).

Bad news....as anyone that has built something like this, you expect "bugs".

Lost 2nd then 1st. Not sure if it's the shifter or the fork in the Super T-10.

Going (back) up on jack stands today......

Good for you Reeves! The shakedown run almost always results in surprises. The engine compartment looks very well organized!

Poor fuel mileage but at least you are doing your part in keeping the oil & gas industry going...

Nice wheels, love those oldies

There's nothing under that hood that says fuel economy!! A great looking tidy installation, and I'm sure it'd be a blast to drive!👍

Fantastic!
I was wondering when you would finally quit building and be able to drive it- now the wrenching really begins!!
