Default South Ram Report

Spend Sunday at the S Ram. Water was lower than anywhere else. Weather was misty all day but no rain dumps...no so bad! Didn't see a soul around for the day.

We had a good one! Started off nymphing....ugh...there, I said and did it, I feel so dirty
I switched to dry fly when one of the cutties grabbed my indicator and swam down with it about 4 feet before letting go. Yes, it was on
Caught many cutts. Lots were in the medium size of 14-15 inches. Caught a half dozen though in that 18-20 inch mark.

Random shot

First decent one of the day on the dry. Caught in tight to the wall by bouncing the dry fly off the wall when casting. Otherwise it seemed to ignore the previous 5 or so passes.

No surprise, lots of water running in and more mini waterfalls than I usually see.

It's been a couple of years for me. The runs have changed, courses changed, but always fun to try and figure it out.
