Default Downriggers

What's a decent manual downrigger these days that won't break the bank?

Agreed....I prefer Cannon for powered, but the Scotty Depth Master manual has provided me 12 years Of Laker happiness with no issue! Solid unit and if you do need parts, they are in every fishing store this side of Manitoba!
