new to fishing in general but this will be first time fishing for walleye and it will be from shore. Any areas on Lac st anne good fishing from shore?
Any tips for what kind of setups to use for walleye fishing from shore or shore in general.

Try casting rubber tail jigs.
If that ain’t working, throw on a pickerel rig with minnows.

I have never fished there specifically so I don't know the regs but if bait is allowed minnows and nightcrawlers work well. I've also had good success with white jigs. Whether you jig it or just straight reel it, fish it slow, taking long pauses during your retrieve.

The reserve has the road closed but if that opens anytime soon, lots of people fish the bridge by Alexis.
