Pebmina river by lobstick
Went out and fished by the Provincal park arear near the lobstick. But i need boots or waders to be able to cast to the mouth of the lobstick

thunder. just a thought. fish from the other side of the river. west side. you'll still benefit from wearing boots.

Hows your fly casting? are you getting the hang of it yet, was going to give you more tips but have not seen you out at the lake since that one time,i will be out on the lake tomorrow, if you are there let me know i will teach you a thing or two, cheers buddy, goodluck on fishn, i remember by the campsite @ pembina provincial park huge walleye there as you can see them with a snorkel and mask, goodtimes

I'm am ok at fly fishing, but I think I bought the wrong kind of line. It seem hard to get the line off the spool when casting. I have to pull out 10-15 ft 1st and start like that

walk across where the water is bumpy its alot shallower then the slow stuff in most cases.just do cross if its over your waist and has a strong current

better yet just look up river from where you took the pic you posted, and locate the bridge. walk up river, cross the bridge to the other side then walk back down the river to where you want to fish. i still recommend some boots though.
